Information we collectWhen you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, academy name, phone number, email, city, approximate student count and exam focus. When your academy subscribes, we additionally process the academy's student roster (names, batch details and contact information supplied by the academy) and assessment data generated on the platform (test attempts, scores and performance analytics).
How we use itEnquiry details are used only to respond to your request, schedule demos and communicate about Exabl plans. Platform data is used solely to operate the product for your academy — creating tests, evaluating attempts and producing the reports your faculty and students see.
Student data belongs to the academyStudent records and performance data are processed on behalf of the subscribing academy. Your academy's data stays your academy's data: we do not use it to advertise to students or share it with other academies.
No selling of dataWe do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share your details with third parties for their marketing.
Service providersWe use reputable cloud hosting and communication providers to run the platform and to reach you (for example, calls and WhatsApp for demo scheduling). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
SecurityThe platform is cloud-based with access controls, encrypted connections and secure online examinations. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold.
RetentionEnquiry details are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for reasonable business records. Academy and student data is retained for the duration of the subscription and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after the relationship ends, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rightsYou may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your academy. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
