Academy Tablet Reward — Terms & Conditions

1. EligibilityThis offer is applicable only to academies subscribing to an EXABL plan with a total invoice value of ₹50,000 or above (excluding GST, discounts, refunds, and promotional credits).
2. Full payment requiredThe academy must complete 100% payment of the eligible plan. Partial payments or pending dues will not qualify.
3. One tablet per academyThe reward consists of one tablet per eligible academy unless otherwise announced by EXABL.
4. Model at EXABL's discretionThe tablet model, brand, specifications, color, and market value will be decided solely by EXABL based on availability.
5. Promotional period onlyThis offer is valid only for plans purchased during the promotional period announced by EXABL.
6. Non-transferableThe reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product/service.
7. Cancellation & refundsIf the eligible plan is cancelled, refunded, downgraded, or payment is reversed before reward dispatch, the academy will become ineligible for the reward.
8. VerificationEXABL reserves the right to verify all payment records and academy details before approving the reward.
9. Delivery timelinesDelivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and location. EXABL shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Feedback & testimonialsEXABL may request the academy to participate in a short feedback session, testimonial, or promotional activity. Participation is appreciated but does not affect eligibility unless specifically mentioned in the promotional campaign.
11. One reward per invoiceOnly one reward can be claimed per eligible invoice unless EXABL announces otherwise.
12. Misuse & fraudAny misuse, fraudulent activity, false information, or violation of EXABL policies may result in immediate cancellation of the reward.
13. Changes to the offerEXABL reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
14. Final decisionIn case of any dispute, the decision of EXABL shall be final and binding.
15. Governing lawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
